However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund of purchase price. The unsatisfactory items must be made available for return to J. Christopher Design.

If flowers were not delivered or attempted on the day that you requested then your delivery fee will be waived.

Failure to deliver because of acts of God or other equally unavoidable circumstances cannot be predicted. Should one of these unfortunate events occur, J. Christopher Design will work with the customer to ensure that there is a satisfactory outcome, with refunds up to the maximum purchase price and delivery fee of the item or items.

We are not responsible for flowers or shipped gifts that are left in an office overnight where heat can become an issue. Information provided by customers, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and credit card information is never sold, published, or shared.
