In 2015 I designed and built a poolside pergola for my parents. The brief from mom was simple, "build me a Japanese Teahouse". I looked at asian temples for inspiration and came up with a design in my head. To communicate my design, I used 3D tools like Cinema 4D, and photoshop compositing to show my concept in real space.
